How to Prepare:

• Please wear comfortable clothing

• Please bring a comfortable surface to lay on such as a yoga mat, camping mat, or trifold mattress, and whatever else you need to lay on the ground comfortably. There will be yoga mats available if needed.

• Please bring any other items to enhance your comfort such as a pillow, blanket, eye mask, and water.

• Come with an open heart and receptive spirit, ready to embrace gentle insights and the harmonious flow of healing frequencies.
